South Sudanese children seeking education at all costs

A 10-year-old boy pulls a sheet of paper from his exercise book. He tears it into two, giving one to a boy sitting on the ground next to him. Another one spreads out his hand too. The 10-year-old looks at him for a few seconds, then opens his almost used up exercise book and tears out another empty sheet of paper. He gives it to the one who asked, and is rewarded with a radiant smile.

Save the Children receives certificate of recognition

Bundibugyo district recently awarded Save the Children with a certificate of service recognition. The district chairman, Jolly Tibemanya, handed the certificate to Samuel Mukirane, Sub Area Manager Bundibugyo/Ntoroko and Timothy Balikenga, Senior Officer CRG on behalf of SCI.
